The platform layer. 192 production-grade skills across 14 domains — compliance, engineering, marketing, data, QA, operations, agents, documentation, product, startup, document processing, developer tools, AI coding agents, Altery regulatory — wired through a six-router orchestration system. Multi-agent frameworks with swarm orchestration, MCP integration, and durable workflows.

The coordination layer. requirements-hub — the cross-repo coordination repo that solves the multi-repo discoverability problem for 135 services. ArgoCD-tracked prod state across Riga and AMS clusters. Repo-local doc governance (README 123/135, AGENTS.md 17/135). 581 API routes catalogued across 43 services. 545 documented gaps across 12 top-level domains.

The operator layer. Enterprise-wide AI platform with governance across eight departments — 23 Custom GPTs and 7 Agent SDK apps in production. Agents that compress compliance cycles, give any employee plain-English access to data, and automate multi-language KYB document processing.

Built the product and platform foundation for a regulated fintech and crypto-infrastructure business. Led Visa and UnionPay principal membership work, in-house clearing, multi-currency cards (GBP/USD/EUR), Apple Pay / Google Pay tokenisation, crypto-to-fiat ramps (TON / USDT / NOT) under 60 seconds, paperless POA in 29+ countries, payout rails across 10+ markets via TerraPay.

Stood up the analytics and operating cadence from a blank page — Metabase migration, OKR cycle, seven cross-functional squads, demo days. CAC per transacting user fell roughly 2.5× over the period.

Cut KYB onboarding time from ninety days to twelve via process redesign and AI-powered document extraction. Owned solution design and GTM for AI-powered KYB and document-extraction tools across four squads. Closed multi-hundred-thousand-pound Tier-1 bank deals via demo-led enterprise sales cycles.

Replaced fifty percent of legacy dependencies — unlocking £1.7 million in annual savings and a thirty-five percent drop-off cut. Rebuilt KYC/AML as modular, region-ready flows.

Built and scaled an SME lending platform from ₽70 billion to ₽130 billion; cut origination time from fourteen days to under one via low-code orchestration. Deployed a hundred-plus RPA bots across SME onboarding and operations, optimising ninety-plus FTEs of process labour. Shipped AI-powered KYB with 92–94% OCR accuracy.

Oversaw a £100 million-plus IT portfolio across 21 teams and 230-plus engineers — CRM, onboarding, mobile, lending, and core systems. Prepared financial models and KPI projections for bank committees.
