I run production multi-agent orchestration at Altery, a regulated UK Electronic Money Institution, as Chief Data & AI Officer. That means 30+ domain agents live in production across 7 departments, a shared library of 230+ skills organised across 14 domains behind 8 routers, 20+ Custom GPTs and 9 Agent SDK applications in production, coordinated across 130+ repositories, 550+ API routes and 40+ services.

Regulatory standing is separate, because it is not self-serve: FCA-approved EMD Individual. The FCA assessed the appointment in April 2024, raised no concerns, and added me to the firm’s record. It was assessed against the Chief Product Officer seat; I moved to Chief Data & AI Officer, UK EMI at the same firm in June 2025 and the standing carried across. That is how the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 work — by non-objection, recorded against the authorised firm — so unlike a senior-manager approval under SMCR there is no individual entry in the Register to search. It is a feature of the regime, not a gap in the claim. The FCA’s notification is held by the firm’s compliance function, which is where a diligence request should go; ask and I will put you in touch, or supply the firm reference directly. The standing concerns management of an electronic-money institution generally; it is not an AI qualification or AI-specific approval.
